Do you have an interesting B-to-B social media success story? If so, we would like to hear from you! BMA Chicago is looking for corporate members (small, medium and large) that have had success leveraging social media in their integrated marketing mix. For the first time, we are offering the BMA community a way to “showcase” your story and compete for slots at the February 2, 2012 Marketing Innovators Luncheon, which will feature a panel of business-to-business (B-to-B) thought leaders in social media.
If you have a story to share with our membership and B-to-B community, please contact Marla Schrager to submit your entry form by Friday, December 9. A panel of social media experts will review the entries and select three panelists to share their story. The judges will be looking for creativity, results, and integration with the rest of the marketing mix.
Qualification criteria:
- Panelists must utilize at least two social media channels in their day-to-day marketing activities, reflecting the impact of social media in integrated marketing communications.
- Corporate members are welcome to submit case studies in which their agencies contributed key creative strategy and campaign execution.
The deadline for entry submission is Friday, December 9. Panel participants will be chosen and informed of their selection by year’s end. Luncheon panelists and honorable mentions that are not chosen will have the opportunity to serve on an upcoming 2012 BMA Breakfast Seminar panel or at the February 9 Young Professionals event.
This event is the latest BMA Chicago panel discussion on this topic, following events featuring social media thought leaders’ insight into emerging channels and strategies held
earlier this year and
in 2010. This event will build on those discussions by featuring case studies of our corporate members’ successful execution of campaigns.
