How to Donate or Buy Media
The Media Auction is the largest fundraising component of The Windy City Biz Bash. Thanks to our generous media donors, bids can start at 30-40% of opening rates. How It Works
If you are a corporate marketer, media buyer, or advertising agency—make a bid!
We are able to offer these rates because of the generous donations given by the publishers and media companies. In many cases, the opening bid can be 30%-40% off open rates. It’s a great way to stretch your campaigns and budget in this economy. Whether you are in the Chicago area or not, you can bid! First come, best bid wins!
An extra bonus — if you are looking for specific media to buy let us know! We will contact the publisher and negotiate on your behalf!
If you are a publisher of online, offline or other media
Please contact us to contribute donated media space to the BMA Windy City Biz Bash. You may donate printed ad space, online banners or ads, integrated online/offline programs, digital billboards, transit advertising, airport advertising, network/cable television ads, radio advertising, etc. Any media that targets B2B markets is perfect. Coverage may be regional or national. Although we prefer that the bidder have 12 months from purchase to use the placement, we understand and agree if you need to limit it to implementation within the calendar year.
We will publish and auction your contribution off to the highest bidder. Any purchases made by bidders are in addition to any contracts or schedules that may already be in place with your company. You also retain permission to accept or reject any bid based on the parameters of your publication or online requirements.
