Margaret Essary

Margaret Essary is National Director, Business Development for Paladin. In this role, she works closely with clients to develop strategic staffing plans for their marketing and creative departments. Margaret also focuses on developing new business with Fortune 500 clients and advertising agencies.  Prior to rejoining Paladin, Margaret spent two years in a consultative role with a global staffing firm assisting clients to align people, processes and technology to increase marketing effectiveness and efficiencies. Previously Margaret was an independent marketing consultant working with retail, CPG, financial and professional services firms. Margaret spent the majority of her advertising account service career with Leo Burnett Advertising. She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northern Illinois University and a master’s degree in integrated marketing from Roosevelt University. Margaret currently services as the BMA Secretary and is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing.
